How It Works
The first unlock triggers the routine
The first time a guest unlocks the door with the PIN or QR code Hospitality Bridge generated for them, it can trigger a custom Alexa routine for that property: lights switching on, a welcome sequence starting on the TV, the coffee machine firing up, and music or a recorded greeting playing as they step inside. Any device compatible with Alexa can be added to the routine through the Alexa app, so the automation grows with whatever smart-home hardware is already installed.
Paired with time-based workflows
Pair it with time-based workflows from the Smart Property module — lighting can switch on ahead of check-in, or guests can get a reminder message with their access code a few hours before arrival.
